FISH OR SHRIMP CEVICHE

Ingredients:

  • ½ kg of ground fish or chopped shrimp
  • 2 cucumbers (chopped in little cubes)
  • 3 tomatoes (chopped in cubes)
  • 10 branches of cilantro (chopped
  • Juice of 15 lemons
  • Juices of 1 oranje
  • 4 slices of onion (chopped)
  • 1 grated carrot

Instructions:

  1. Put the fish in a cooking pot with boiling water for 3 minutes until is white.
  2. Drain the water from the fish.
  3. Let rest for 10 minutes the fish and the juice of lemon.
  4. Change it to a bowl squeezing the fish very well.
  5. Add all the vegetables, salt at your taste and mix.
  6. Serve in Tostadas with abocado.
