Ingredients:

● 250 gr of peeled and deveined shrimp.
● Two cloves of garlic finely chopped.
● Two slices of finely chopped onion.
● A tomato finely chopped.
● Two chopped coriander branches.
● Salt and pepper to taste.

Procedure:

1. Fry the garlic and onion for 3 minutes after the tomato is added and the cilantro is seasoned with pepper and salt.
2. Once the tomato is well cooked, add the shrimp, mix everything. Boil while moving for 3 minutes.
3. Fill the chiles (previously roasted and peeled).
4. Bathe with cream and cheddar cheese or striped chihuahua type. Bake for 10 minutes at 250 degrees Celsius.
