Cuala

  • 4 Tender corn sliced or 1/2 kilogram of dough
  • 1 liter of milk coconut water or coconut oil
  • Sugar at your taste

Process for preparing:
 Liquefy corn or dough with milk and strain.
 Add coconut oil, cinnamon and sugar to taste.
 Place over medium heat and mix for about an hour.
 It served in corn leaves.

Batter for fish and shrimp tacos.

 Mineral water
 Beer
 Baking powder
 Flour
 Milk

Refried beans.

½ cup of lard.
½ kilogram cooked beans liquefied or bruised to taste.
Brown the butter along with a clove of garlic, when it changes to golden color the
garlic is removed. The butter is added to the beans.
Boil on low heat until they are removed from the bottom of the pan.
