Ingredients:

½ stick of butter
½ onion
5 cloves of garlic
1 orange
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon huichol sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon tomato sauce
1 tablespoon adobo sauce (prepared)
1 teaspoon salt
1½ Kilo Red Snappe

Instructions:

Season inside Red snapper with garlic and salt (1tsp)
season inside red snapper with ½ tsp black pepper.
Run inside of snapper with fork all over and coat with 1 tbs olive oil on inside and outside
(skin side)
Banana leaves (or foil) to live the grill rack.
Roast on Grill (ay low rack)
15 minutes turn the side.
