Ingredients:
- ½ kg of ground fish or chopped shrimp
- 2 cucumbers (chopped in little cubes)
- 3 tomatoes (chopped in cubes)
- 10 branches of cilantro (chopped
- Juice of 15 lemons
- Juices of 1 oranje
- 4 slices of onion (chopped)
- 1 grated carrot
Instructions:
- Put the fish in a cooking pot with boiling water for 3 minutes until is white.
- Drain the water from the fish.
- Let rest for 10 minutes the fish and the juice of lemon.
- Change it to a bowl squeezing the fish very well.
- Add all the vegetables, salt at your taste and mix.
- Serve in Tostadas with abocado.
