Ingredients:
  • 1 chicken cut into pieces, without skin.

  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 200 grams of peeled almonds.
  • 100 grams of peanuts
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 3 cloves.
  • 3 clean huajillo chiles without seeds.
  • 2 soup spoons of oil.

 Instructions:
 Cook the chicken with salt and 2 cups of water for 40 minutes.
 Toast the condiments and grind in molcajete.
 In a saucepan with the two tablespoons of oil brown the garlic and onion, then add the tomatoes, chiles and let them cook for 5 minutes.
 Toast almonds and peanuts.
 Blend seasonings, almonds and peanuts and the rest of the ingredients to the blender with 2 cups of chicken broth.
 Add the pasta created in the blender to the chicken pieces and leave on the fire for 10 minutes.
 Add more salt if necessary.
