Ingredients:

- 1 pinch of cinnamon
- 1 pinch of pepper
- 3 cloves.
- 3 clean huajillo chiles without seeds.
- 2 soup spoons of oil.

Cook the chicken with salt and 2 cups of water for 40 minutes.
Toast the condiments and grind in molcajete.
In a saucepan with the two tablespoons of oil brown the garlic and onion, then add the tomatoes, chiles and let them cook for 5 minutes.
Toast almonds and peanuts.
Blend seasonings, almonds and peanuts and the rest of the ingredients to the blender with 2 cups of chicken broth.
Add the pasta created in the blender to the chicken pieces and leave on the fire for 10 minutes.
Add more salt if necessary.
