{"id":5856,"date":"2019-05-13T01:09:33","date_gmt":"2019-05-13T06:09:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rosiescooking.com\/filete-de-pescado\/"},"modified":"2025-12-04T12:42:50","modified_gmt":"2025-12-04T18:42:50","slug":"filete-de-pescado","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rosiescooking.com\/es\/filete-de-pescado\/","title":{"rendered":"FILETE DE PESCADO"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredientes:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>4 Filete de pescado mahi-mahi o huachinango.<\/li>\n<li>5 tomates sin semillas y asados<\/li>\n<li>4 rebanadas de cebolla<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc taza de vid blanca<\/li>\n<li>3 colores diferentes, pimiento<\/li>\n<li>Hojas de romero (al gusto)<\/li>\n<li>hojas de albahaca fresca (6)<\/li>\n<li>tomillo 1\/8 cucharadita<\/li>\n<li>1 diente de ajo<\/li>\n<li>Olivos<\/li>\n<li>Aceite de oliva<\/li>\n<li>Sal pimienta<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd permiso de bah\u00eda<\/li>\n<li>Or\u00e9gano (pich)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Instrucciones:<\/h2>\n<ol>\n<li>Salpimentar el filete de pescado y sazonar con las 5 hojas de albahaca (picar con las manos)<\/li>\n<li>Envuelva los filetes de pescado con papel de aluminio.<\/li>\n<li>Poner \u00bc de taza de aceite de oliva en una cacerola y calentar, agregar el ajo, el romero, el laurel, la cebolla, el tomillo y sofre\u00edr por 3 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1adir los tomates y sofre\u00edr durante 5 minutos.<\/li>\n<li>Agregue \u00bc de taza de vid blanca y hierva hasta que los tomates se derritan (5 minutos)<\/li>\n<li>A\u00f1ade las aceitunas.<\/li>\n<li>Sazonar con sal.<\/li>\n<li>Cocine al vapor los filetes de pescado, de 10 a 15 minutos aproximadamente.<\/li>\n<li>Abra las l\u00e1minas y coloque los filetes de pescado en un plato.<\/li>\n<li>10.
