HOJAS DE PL\u00c1TANO (remojar en agua caliente durante media hora para que se pongan m\u00e1s flexibles o asar en una sart\u00e9n plana) O CAJAS DE MA\u00cdZ (remojar en agua durante al menos 1 hora hasta que est\u00e9n blandas) PARA ENVOLVER TAMALES.<br \/>\n2. MEZCLE LA HARINA DE MA\u00cdZ (masa), EL CALDO DE POLLO O CERDO, LA GRASA O MANTECA, EL POLVO PARA HORNEAR Y LA SAL AL GUSTO, HASTA QUE SE INCORPORE POR COMPLETO Y LIBRE DE GRUMOS.<br \/>\n3. ABRIR UNA C\u00c1SCARA DE MA\u00cdZ Y LLENAR EL CENTRO CON 2 CUCHARADAS. (mezcla de ma\u00edz dejando espacio en cada extremo longitudinal).<br \/>\n4.
