{"id":5839,"date":"2020-01-14T22:12:13","date_gmt":"2020-01-15T04:12:13","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rosiescooking.com\/birria\/"},"modified":"2025-12-04T12:50:53","modified_gmt":"2025-12-04T18:50:53","slug":"birria-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rosiescooking.com\/es\/birria-2\/","title":{"rendered":"BIRRIA"},"content":{"rendered":"<h3>Ingredientes:<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>5 kg de carne de res\/pollo\/cerdo<\/li>\n<li>1 chile ancho (poblano seco)\/ te\u00f1ir<\/li>\n<li>2 chiles huajillos<\/li>\n<li>6 granos de pimienta negra<\/li>\n<li>3 clavos<\/li>\n<li>pizca de tomillo<\/li>\n<li>pizca de comino<\/li>\n<li>1 rodajita de canela<\/li>\n<li>3 dientes de ajo<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cebolla<\/li>\n<li>1 rodaja de jengibre<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 de chocolate (para hacer chocolate caliente una marca famosa es \u00abchocolate abuelita\u00bb tiene un<\/li>\n<li>abuela en el logo)<\/li>\n<li>5 hojas de or\u00e9gano<\/li>\n<li>6 tomates rojos<\/li>\n<li>1 taza de vinagre<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Proceso:<\/h3>\n<p>Cortar la carne en trozos, al gusto.<br \/>\nLimpiar las pepitas de los chiles secos y poner a remojar en el vinagre.<br \/>\nTostar los condimentos y moler (comino, pimienta, tomillo, or\u00e9gano, canela y clavo)<br \/>\nEn una licuadora agregue: jugo de naranja, ajo, cebolla, condimentos molidos, jengibre, tomates, pimientos remojados (sin vinagre) y chocolate. Lic\u00faa muy bien durante 3 minutos.<br \/>\nColar la mezcla en un colador no muy fino.<br \/>\nAgregar la mezcla a la carne. (Si tiene tiempo d\u00e9jelo reposar en el refrigerador de 12 a 24 horas)<br \/>\nCocinar en una olla bien tapada que no escape mucho vapor.
